Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute between the Customer and Crucial Markets (including officers, directors, employees, and agents) shall be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the USA or, where applicable, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).

  • Arbitration awards are final and enforceable in court.

  • Class-action participation is prohibited.

  • Confidentiality of proceedings is mandatory, unless disclosure is required by law.

Trading Rules & Procedures

Trading Hours:
Sunday 7:00 PM EST – Friday 4:00 PM EST. Crucial Markets may announce holiday closures or technical maintenance periods on its website.

  • Liquidation Policy:
    Crucial Markets may liquidate positions at its sole discretion if margin requirements are not met. Customers are responsible for any resulting losses.

  • Pricing & Rollover:
    Prices quoted by Crucial Markets may differ from interbank or third-party sources. Rollover rates are determined internally.

  • Technology Risk:
    Online trading involves inherent risks. Crucial Markets does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of its platforms.

  • Telephone Orders:
    Orders may be placed via telephone when the platform is unavailable. Identity verification will be required.
